Something not quite right here with the small markings. It has the badge of 
403 Squadron on the tail, what looks like a FMC division flash on starboard 
side of the cowl, and a Royal Canadian Horse Artillery flash on the port side. 
AFAICT, 403 never had L-19s on strength, and the FMC division did not exist 
before the L-19 was retired. The RCHA's Air OP Flights did have L-19s.
Still, nice to see it flying. I have seen a few of these working as glider 
tugs for the Royal Canadian Air Cadets.
